I'm 16 and I've just started job hunting for the first time. And because I have no previous experience, I'm applying to jobs that pay minimum wage. When the ad says send your resume, does that mean to include a cover letter too? Do jobs like that require one?

I need to find a place I can get some advice on how not to feel guilty about taking a break from work. The problem is not taking the time off and relaxing, cos that's possible. It's the feeling guilty at doing so. How can someone stop feeling the need to work all the time? Is there a book that gives some advice? or a website? Or anybody managed to do it themselves?
