Do you already live there or are you hoping to relocate there permanently ???
You definitely need to check out whether or not there is any major disturbances or violence/war/political unrest in the area you want to set up shop.
You would also want to look into local laws and customs... the usa is a small part of the larger global community and people in other parts of the world don't always agree with the way we do things.
Find out how they do things over there.
Sheesh...starting a business locally is no small task... and you want to do it internationally wow.
you have more ambition than I do.
good luck.
I know that my answer to you question is more like just something else to think about and not a real answer ...but it is a complicated issue... not just as simple as having a product or service to sell and setting up an open sign and be in business.
there are all sorts of things you might not necessarily consider when you decide to get into something like this.
I am not trying to discourage you...
It just seems like it could be very overwhelming.

Depends, what is your business. If it is security, armed guards, bodyguards etc then you are in the right place. Otherwise I would not sugest it as more people are murdered for their money here than anywhee else!!!
