..26k sounds good but you know that means overtime without extra pay
It is all about being happy at what you do. All i can say is if you are happy stay where you are. I am pretty sure a salary means a lot of over time if you get bonus that will make it better. good luck with what every you decide

You have no idea where the new management is going to take the old "firm" and you might be uncomfortable wanting things to be the way they were.
New job has room for advancement... go for it.

i think that's much better if you take the new job.because it can improve your experience.but if you like your team work friend in your old job. that's not bad
