I just took and passed the NC real estate exam! :D Now I'm going to start talking with brokers in my area and try to find a job. First on my list is to see the broker who taught my RE class. I've known him for 6 months now. I even clean his house every other week, so I see him regularly. He wanted me to call him after I passed the state exam to talk about what I need to do next, and to see if I would like to work in his office if there is a desk available. I'll be going to his office to talk about these things either today or tomorrow. What should I wear when I go talk to him? I know that their office is not super formal. They don't wear suits or anything. I've seen one of the guys working there in a polo shirt and khaki pants. I've even seen the broker in charge wearing jeans in the office, so it is more casual than you might would think. SO... What should I wear when going to this interview? Thanks for your help!

something has been stolen at work and your boss who you thought respected you, didn't come right out and accuse you but pointed you out as an example because you carry the right size bag that would have fit the object stolen. many other people carry similar bags or backpacks. wouldn't you feel accused, knowing he pointed you out like that? i don't want to say anything, he will be like thee thinks tho doest protest too much, right. but i hate thinking he thinks i may have done this. what would you do?

I earned my MBA in 2004 and have been turned down for job after job. I worked as a Realtor while in grad school and have not had a single offer/reply for any resume or application. The only negative I can think of is less than stellar credit but it is from many years ago (5 to 6). Are there any job ideas/suggestions? Since graduation I have only found manual labor jobs. I'm not above such jobs, but I'd like to find something where I can use my mind instead of my back. I would like to find employment in this region (Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, North Florida) if possible.

My mom made me get a summer job so that i would have my own money, and i recently got a job pushing carts at a crap *** Smiths store for 5.50 an hour here in Las Vegas. The staff is horrible and i am constantly getting hit on by homeless men, perverts, and old men that hang around outside the store. I am in desperate need of finding a new job because bagging groceries, cleaning toilets, and pushing carts in 110 degree heat is basically slave labor for that much money. But i need a new job before i can quit. Does anyone have any ideas for maybe another job that a teen can apply at? Im 17.

Ok The job ill soon be working for is going to start my pay at 9.68 an hour and give me full time so thats about 40 hours a week. So my first pay would be 9.68 times 40 = 387.2 and i figure for taxes they would take 30$ out of it? so it would be 357.2 bucks a week and in a month thats x4 =1428.8 a mont so MY question is can i start out and take care of myself with that much money or do i need allot more to be independent and the company has a program to help me save for collage but i just dont know if i can make it on my own with that income becuase i have never been independent?

I'm a wannabe bartender that just ditched a five-year stint at a desk job. I went to bartending college and have been applying to area bars ever since (I live in Milwaukee, so there's a ton of em). It's been rough finding an employer, though. Part of that, I'm sure, is due to that fact that it's summer and the college kids are all employed full time. But I also wonder...what if just putting applications in at bars is not enough?

So tell me, bartenders: how did you get your first gig? Were you promoted from within? Do you b.s. in your first interview or lie about your experience? Or did you just find the right place at the right time?
