What hourly / daily rate would be average for Production Engineering Consultant in Germany (automotive)?

I live in UK. I have been asked to an interview in Germany to discuss the possibility of my joining a consultancy team.

If all goes well, I will no doubt be offered a financial package. I have no idea in what region the package will be

Any one with experience with this sort of work? Average rates?

I have no idea , so im gonna guess cos ive nothing better to do ... i would say 40-50k per annum, basic.

Plus loads of stuff thrown in, cars , ice cream , sausages etc etc.

No more than 48k EURO plus benefits.
