reserch and get a list of the owners of these greehouses.

Make up a resume and send it in. Followup with a follow up letter and perhaps a follow up phone call.

If possible go tot he area and visit, call and try and set up appointments to be interviewed.

Be willing to accept a lower position that may be open to get hired and show them what you can do.

Have you done any research into the ecological problems caused by Kenya's growing commerical flower industry? The huge greenhouses are emitting so much light that it is totally destroying the ecosystem by confusing the biological clocks of animals at all stages of the food chain. People moving from the poorest regions of Kenya in search of work have found there aren't enough jobs to go around, and they are turning to illegal poaching to support themselves, further damaging the fragile ecosystem. Make sure you know what you're getting into, and ask yourself if you're willing to destroy the Kenyan ecosystem for your chance to have a working holiday in a sunny location.
