Previous answers are good. But before you get too far into your career, realize that there is no such thing as an "ideal" job. Every job has its ups and downs, things (and people) you'll like and some you won't. If most days you come home feeling satisfied with what you did that day, you'll be doing fine.
You'll be a lot less frustrated if you realize this at the start.

You should find the answer yourself. Ask yourself considering your abilities, wishes and aims. Take notes on a pieces of paper. Evaluate yourself. Write about your personality - wishes and compare them with the jobs you want to have. Then before the final decision you can ask a counselor about your options. I think the most important thing is getting satisfaction from what you are doing.

Read the book "What colour is your parachute". It may help you decide what career choice to make. Do what you love and the money will follow..!!
