and it was pretty raunchy, I looked across the room and saw my boss (who is married) and to my surprise, she was underneath a table with one of the strippers. I was just invited to her renewing of her vows with her husband of 20 years. Should I keep this a secret?

I like audio books and wonder if having some accounting concepts drilled to my head in traffic might help me prepare for the CPA exams. As far as I know there are two products out there: Gleim and Wiley. Has anyone used them? If so, would you recommend it?

You are losing your job. Your spouse would like you to work part-time. You know that for your career, part-time jobs are difficult to come by although you are open to it. You believe that the only way to go will be to find full time employment. How much should you take what your spouse wants into consideration?

I hate the corporate work environment. I can't stand the methods that managers use to make their employees conform. I don't have much respect for authority.

Bottom line, I'm a hard worker, but I don't appreciate a supervisor telling me how I need to correct my life so that I don't mind giving up my free time for the company without compensation.

Any suggestions for a career path?

I've been on line trying to find any at home opportunity that will allow me to work from home and go to school. Does anyone have information about a real job that pays you instead of you having to pay them? I mean c'mon, when you go to a regular job, you don't have to pay because if you did, you probably wouldn't take the job! If your willing to do the work, why not be paid for it?

So I had a job interview a few days ago. One of the questions was "tell me aabout any special talent you may have." I thought this was the perfect time to showcase my one-man-band ability. So I strapped some cymbals that I carry with me in my briefcase in between my leg, and got out my kazoo, and started playing "away in a manger", by kazooin' the lyrics whilst maintaining rhythm by clasping my knees together. The interviewer just laughed and said "next". Why haven't I heard back from him? It was for an project manager position.

is this crazy? I think so. Its impossible to get hired with no experience into the food industry. Ahhh. Its driving me nuts. I worked in a cafiteria and at catering events but since I have no "dining experience" I can't be hired anywhere. And the pay is only $2.73 HR. Why is there so much competition? This economy bites ****.

I am currently trying to write turndown letters for 2 internal applicants. I have some the letters started but it is a touchy situation. Any suggestions on a tactful way to state that they did not get the job? We hired an external applicant but I want to impress upon them that they are important to our organization.

i am looking for what job i would like to do when i grow up and i have narrowed it down to these three:

--personality psychologist
--social psychologist
--video-game designer

I like them all the same amount and it seems to me that the only way i will be able to choose between them, is if i know which one makes more money.

so if anyone knows, plz lemme know what their monthly, annual or hourly income is. the most detailed, valid and informative answer gets 10 points.

thanx, in advance!
