Is it good to be the boss?

Do you consider employees to be people, too, or only disposable commodities to be used and abused?

It is better to be a boss than a brown noser. Good bosses take their employees into consideration and treat them as they would want to be treated. If I' being abused I change jobs.

we rarely hear about a good boss, who climbs on other people's backs and reaches to be a boss is definitely not a good boss
