how can i get my boss to hire an assistant to cary my workload so i can spend more time on here????

I have the OPPOSITE problem. I need to hire someone to be on here for me so I can get more sleep. Just blackmail your boss. Every boss has dirty laundry. Except me. Or, you can come work for me. Seems we may need each other.

Just tell your boss that your are creating the present and future of his business and are deep into market research for the business to flourish and need an assistant pronto.

Tell him you are doing research and taking surveys on what people's weed killing needs are. Just throw some question in there to keep him off of your tail.
