Actually if you think about it, your asking 2 spearate questions. There is a class of individuals, called the silent unemployed, that are not included in the Unemployment rolls. These are either people who have exhausted all of thier unemployment benefits or have not even filed for unemployment. These people will always exist. So the answer to your question would be a No from this standpoint.
Now those that are counted, the answer is yes we could have zero unemployment. provided jobs remain here in the US and more jobs are made available. The trouble with that is...obviously prices would skyrocket because we here in the US, even for factory workers, are the most highly paid individuals in the world. So it is a double edged sword.

I doubt it. Uncle Sam is working on it though. If you haven't found employment by the end of 18 weeks, they just drop you from the unemployment roll. You simply are no longer counted. That's a way to get rid of the unemployment numbers. Just don't count'em. Second thought, using those requirements, one could have zero unemployment. Sheesh! I gotta quit thinking out loud while on line.

You refer to a statistic. One can play all sorts of games with statistical data. for example, if you have a small enough sample, you can create all kinds of situations that might be difficult in the 'real' world.
Say you have a house full of adult room mates (4 people). If all of them have jobs, then that houshold has zero unempolyment. The larger the sample, the more realistic and believable the results. Imagine 100 housholds. Would you expect 0 unemployment?

not achievable. Granted, the merely authentic way may be by dictatorship or communism of the form. I say this because not merely does each and every man or woman have a organic reaction to objective to take the course of least resistance and if that course is searching for a pastime or feeding of properly-fare. properly they are merely gonna grab their recliners, beers and distant and merely chill. back, granted some human beings like operating and what not yet 0% is 0% which skill no human beings may be unemployed and so one man or woman might want to postpone the full complete. also, jobs presently are scarce, yet even less than the most acceptable achievable circumstances, the position each and every man or woman had a pastime obtainable to them, some human beings have in no way labored an afternoon of their existence. many human beings call them fortunate even as in truth they are merely retaining decrease back society as an complete and avert the enhance of it.

Nope.....there are way too many people out there who don't WANT a job. They want to sit on their tatas and rake in all the free support they can get. This is their lifes ambition. Therefore there will always be The Unemployed because they are basically unemployable.

No. Even taking into account the people who are no longer actively looking for work but would work if the opportunity was there (the discouraged), people are always changing jobs and there will be a small number of people for whom, at any particular point in time, will not have a current job and be actively looking for work.
