I heard a statistic that over 65% of workers are dissatisfied with their job. I actually thought this number was low so I am tossing it to get more input.

I am sick of my job because of the rude, immature people I have to work with and the spineless management that won't do anything about these people. One lady has repeatedly asked the two young men on our shift to cease using the F word in her presence. Now they shout "F You" as loud as they can just to upset her. Then there is the bossy old ***** that thinks she knows everything and likes to try and shove the rest of us around. She has the worst case of diarhea of the mouth I've ever seen. There is no supervision on my shift because the owner of the company is too cheap to hire proper supevision so these immature jackasses run amok and do whatever they please. I'm looking for somewhere else to work for sure and the next place will have proper supervision and leadership and a higher moral standard.

Yeah I'm getting there, and I've only had this job for 2 years!
I'm an engineer at an auto plant.... sick of repetitive, non-challenging work, sick of being sent all over to do tasks that do not require any skill or thought, ughhhhh....
I get the feeling I will be a chronic job switcher!

ahhh i need F/T work not P/T. But my P/T job looks good on a resume so I'm trying to stick with it. Boooooo. This economy suckssss asss
