Hi, Actually i took a o2 contract for my friend. and she was using the phone for quite long time of 6 months...now recently i came to know that she cheated me..she hasnt paid the bill for some time and they have black listed my name to pay a bill of £400.I asked my friend she says i wont pay anything....i am so depressed and i don't have so much money to sort out the problem. i don't want my credit history to be spoiled. Is there anyway i can sue my friend and make the o2 people understand that i didn't use the phone..please help me in this situation....cheers

Let's say my dad has a company called XYZ Ltd. and I run a web hosting service called Host123 under the XYZ company of my dad. Is this legal? For example if I call my web hosting service, the logo and everything as Host123 and at the bottom of the site I put "Copyright XYZ Ltd." would it be legal?

Essentially what I'm asking is can I run a webhosting service without actually starting a company but running it under my dad's company?

I understand that I can not set up a booth to have product at a location and sell it directly to a customer with Mary Kay. However, I am wondering what I CAN do...

1) Can I have a booth at a wedding show and let people sign up for a drawing and give away prizes?

2) Can I have a booth at a wedding show and demonstrate a product (such as a hand lotion)?

3)After demonstrating a product, can I take orders for the product, as long as they are later on delivered to the customer?

The applicable part of my Consultant Agreement reads as follows:

[I will.....] not sell or display products in retail sales or service establishments....

-AND-
I understand that the display or sale of Mary Kay products in a public, retail or service establishment of any kind is inconsistent with the terms of this agreement.

Help?

Does anyone know what the chart is called that I am looking for or a link directly to it? It shows how much an individual makes and the tax bracket that they would be placed in, the tax they pay and the percentage of what the return might be. I dont know if I have all the info correct but it would be similiar to what I explained. thanks for any help!

This is a really evil practice, big brother gone mad.
Worse than the East German Secret Police !
The STASI have gone, but employers doing credit checks ?
That's evil, imagine you want a JOB you need a JOB to earn a LIVING but a credit check and you're denied a way to earn a living now that is really SADISTICALLY EVIL !
Hope to hear from anyone familiar with this evil business.
And campaign to get it outlawed !
