Let's say my dad has a company called XYZ Ltd. and I run a web hosting service called Host123 under the XYZ company of my dad. Is this legal? For example if I call my web hosting service, the logo and everything as Host123 and at the bottom of the site I put "Copyright XYZ Ltd." would it be legal?

Essentially what I'm asking is can I run a webhosting service without actually starting a company but running it under my dad's company?

Yes, you can do that. Your company would officially be the same name as your Dad's company, but D.B.A. (doing business as) Host123.
