I am a salesman at a Chrysler Jeep and Dodge dealership in San Diego. All our new vehicles have a LIFETIME WARRANTY. I am not a fleet or internet sales person, I am just your average sales go who is wanting to find that extra mile and take it, what can I do drive more customers to me. which was the address for the debt in the year 2000, same first and last name, wrong address...we've been in Colorado since 1975. LIved in this house since 1991.
AT&T sold the debt to a law firm here in Denver. We demanded proof of the debt, they cancelled the court date four times , rescheduled it, but has not given us ANY proof that we could possibly owe this money.
As a retired school librarian, I don't want to spend a bunch of money on a lawyer, but am so pissed at the hassle we've been put through would like to counter-sue for harassment. I don't want to just settle this problem, I want reimbursement for the undue stress it's put on my husband.
Suggestions? Thanks!!!!

I knew something was wrong because my sister got one two and her credit is horrible. Then everyone was lined up getting cards. Now every one i know limits are getting cut . and it puting them over their limit. Do u think this was a sad effort for them to boost the sales for thanksgiving weeken.

I'm considering a degree in nursing. I have 4 questions: 1) Do nurses have to work variable shifts (such as night shifts from 12am to 7am, for example) or could they choose what shifts they want? If yes, would obtaining an A.S. in Nursing (and RN license) as opposed to a LPN license increase the choices I have when choosing the work shifts?

2) Do nurses ever have to bring work home? I don't think they do, but I just want to be sure.

3) Do nurses have to work overtime (more than 8 hours a day) , especially as a new nurse, or is it optional?

4) Are health care benefits provided for full-time as well as part-time nurses?

I need some information on illegal housing in the state of california....I has some problems with my landlord so I went to the housing authorities and I found out that the house where I live is not registered with the city and I was told that since it is illegal housing he cannot collect rent..any one know where I can find any more information on wether or not he can continue to collect rent

there has been some mis haps and I traded another truck for this one it is a 2007 f150 ... yea I know a real gas guzzler .....but never the less I owe payoff on this truck as of one full year $36,590.00 and you could imagine my payments Every one is going to school furthering there education and I'am stuck with some thing that i can' afford.I have considered bankruptcy and repposession but no excess info on this situation...did I mention I have excellent credit that will be very much harmed if I do so... any suggestions??????

I've never had a job.
I've heard that your taxes are taken out of your paycheck before you are paid. Then I know that people do their taxes once a year. But why do you taxes when taxes are taken out of your paycheck?
I still don't understand how taxes work.
