On worthy causes, and how much is wasted studying the emotions of sheep and other such rubbish?

Most of the budget is for entitlement programs (retirement programs, medicare, SSA, SSI, etc.), although the war in Iraq is taking a mega-chunk right now.

Knowledge on the emotions of sheep is very important. Thats why I pay taxes.
