I am agree with slavaret2, emotional and greed is the main challenge.
Beside that my main challenge is money management. That mean how much stock you should buy and etc.
Make a conclusion from the technical side with the effect from emotion.

Boy, where do I start?

I could probably write a book on the subject. But it really boils down to human nature - i.e. the biggest challenges are within yourself:

1) Arrogance: you don't know what you don't know. You gain confidence as you learn, but the more you learn, the longer the learning curve becomes. It's a never ending journey.

2) Emotions: many things in the market are counter-intuitive. It takes a lot of discipline to sell into enthusiasm and buy amongst pessimism.

3) Independence: you MUST think for yourself; CNBC, Cramer, or your friendly financial advisor won't make you rich.
