How long do job interviews at places such as McDonalds, Burger King, and Starbucks lasts?

Depends. Plan on at least 15 min and some can go as high as 30 or more - but not likely for the places you've listed.

Seems kinda long but the real question is what kinda job are you applying for? I know some positions have long interviews and a lot of paper work involved. If it is just an entry level position this seems a bit much but if you are applying for something like VP or a more important job than retail it seems normal. Like I said there could be a background, some places give personal psychological exams which they give you at least 1-2 hours to do.

Usually about an hour and the yask you questionns like Are you a team player ? and Do you work welll with others ? and, my favourite , Do you have good customer service É
