> How do you say this number 100, 000, 000, 000, 000, 000, 000, 000?
one hundred sextillion
Everybody who is saying your number is cut off is only looking at the title, not at the link. I copied and pasted from the link and then put spaces after each of the commas so it wouldn't get truncated by the clueless Yahoo s***ware again, so I can confidently state that it is 10²³, or one hundred sextillion, which is roughly one sixth of Avogadro's number (6.02 × 10²³).

When youi have a number followed by 3 places, its thousands.
1,000
When youi have a number followed by 4 places, its Ten- thousands.
10,000
When youi have a number followed by 5 places, its hundred thousands.
100,000
When youi have a number followed by 6, 7 or 8 places, its Millions
Each set of three places is the next unit.
9, 10 or 11 places is Billions
then Trillions, Quadrillions, Qunitillion Sextillion, Septillion, Octillion, Novillion and Dectillion has 11 sets of 3 places
so a number like the one above..
148,623,809,124,987,465,543,321
Would read...One hundred forty eight Sextillion, six hundred twenty-three Qunitillion, eight hundrend nine Quandrillion, one hundred twenty-four Trillion, nine hundred eighty seven Billion, four hundred sixty-five million, five hundred forty-three thousand, three hundred twenty-one
...and that's a lot

1. Your number is cut off. Without knowing how many zeros there are, EVERYONE is GUESSING.
2. A mathematician would say 10 to the X power. X is the number of zeros.
3. You would not convince me you NEED to know (see spelling of know) for school if your teacher handed my their teaching certificate.
