Is there a way to save money easily with a few bucks to spend?
How much money should you save with about $10 a week given?
There's not really a goal for the savings but it would be nice to buy christmas presents, decor this year

I may want to go on a cruise in March that costs $4,ooo and I have a phone bill that costs about $45 a month. How much should I spend or save a month/week/day. The $10 is more of a lunch money type of thing and money for me is an inconsistent matter.

Are you saying that your allowance is $10 a week and you are asking how much to save?. . .if so . .I like to work the scenario backwards in that you set a goal and save toward it. Your goal should have a number and a time horizon. For example, if I want to save $2,000 for a cruise next July, I know I have to save $250 a month.

Not having a goal will almost always make you think that there is some spending that is more important than saving - and your savings will likely dwindle to nothing.

I'm confused. You have $10/week and a $45month phone bill? That puts you $5/month in the hole with NO additional spending. Something HAS to be missing here.
