Am I correct in assuming that at 59 years, 6 months old, you can make a withdrawl from your 401K without having to pay it back???

(of course, you'll have to pay tax on the withdrawl, I'm aware of that)...

I joined a consultancy last month. They made me sign a contract and didn;t allow me to put a date on it, saying that it will be effective from the date i get a project to work on. Now it's been around a month and i have not got any project. And when i asked for a copy of the contract i signed, they simply refused, saying that it is not in company policy to give employeea copy of it!!!
Can i demand a copy of my contract?

I was approved last year.
I lived at an apartment...but moved and changed my phone number....So The number I put on the card app. was changed.

I received the card about a month later....and Realized that I HAD to have my Home number that I put on the app. to Get It activated. So I called them and they told me to re-apply in 90 days. Well I'm still trying to apply for it as of today, and it says

"Cannot Approve Because Of: Previous Account Approval!"

Now, I can't get a Customer Service To Get on the Line. It's just Automated....Any Suggestions?

I quit about 2 weeks ago. I lived in florida but had to come back home to washington due to an emergency. My address that i put on my app is no longer valid and i told hem many times that it is not valid. I have asked them to send it to me here and sad i can prove my address yet they still want ME to pick up the check in person or they will mail it to that other address. I don want to fly all the way back to pick up the check. What should i do???

I love to write, but I really don’t know where to look for a job that involves that. I thought about newspaper…but I don’t know how to get in there. I have long term goals which will include these skills, and would like some input on the occupation. Are you, your friend, relative, in the field of Marketing? I feel this could be a new way to express my creativity but would like more information on schooling and the career in general.

How can I get the most out of the money I put in to her savings account? I'm worried that she will have to struggle like I am right now. I don't want her to be rich but I do want her to be comfortable thoughout her life. Are CD's the best thing or is there anything else I can get her more money then I put in. I don't want to play the stock market! I have life insurance for her and she does have some money in her account. The way the world is going right now I'm afraid she will be struggling more so then I am right now.

i took a partial payment on my truck (100.00) they refused it....after they said that icould bring in 100.00 to them and then get caught up payday which is today....now that they refused it does that end the debt? because i have heard that if they refuse you it you dont have to pay that debt...because of refusal of payment...
