I was approved last year.
I lived at an apartment...but moved and changed my phone number....So The number I put on the card app. was changed.

I received the card about a month later....and Realized that I HAD to have my Home number that I put on the app. to Get It activated. So I called them and they told me to re-apply in 90 days. Well I'm still trying to apply for it as of today, and it says

"Cannot Approve Because Of: Previous Account Approval!"

Now, I can't get a Customer Service To Get on the Line. It's just Automated....Any Suggestions?

When you call customer service and you just get an automated message, you can usually get a person to answer by pressing "0".

Explain the situation and they'll probably be able to help you out.

You may have to write a letter to them. Short note that your phone number has been changed.
Odd you can get in contact with a person or activate the card by speaking to a person.

I really don't know why you want that card..its the worst card I"ve ever seen!!
I have one and never used it , now they're charging me 50.00 dollars monthly until i pay 245.00, i'll say cancel if you can.....chaos
