depending on the state you live in. because the income poverty line is determined by the cost of living and average income of people living in the area. go to your state's federal government website specifically on the statistics and/or census department and you will see it. Poverty is a state of not being able to afford necessity on a plural basis as being poor. so if you are poor, then you are undergoing poverty.
