Aren't a lot of the places housing prices are falling is where they were already way overpriced to begin with? Certainly not all but most?

Our Landlord has served us 2 months notice because of late (never unpaid) rent. We are not behind on the rent now, though it has been paid late, due to financial difficulties. I was wondering if we are legally required to leave on the date, with only the notice served. We have an assured shorthold tenancy for a year, ending in February and the end of notice date is November. Any advice is very appreciated Thanks.
Please don't tell me to go to the CAB/Social services, I know I have to but can't afford to get there yet. I know the council can't help us as I have friends that work there who told us. Thank you xx:)

I've never been self employed before so I don't understand what I need to do about taxes. How do I send in quarterly or monthly tax payments so I don't get hit with a big tax bill at the end of the year?

I was in a car accident and the medical bill costs $6,000. It was not my fault. My car was total wreck. Do I pay all the medical expenses and claim a tax deduction ? I am a student and don't have any job. I don't have any health insurance and the school does not have student health insurance. I talked to an attorney and the attorney said I will ultimately be responsible to pay for all the medical expenses on my own.

Can I ask for a reduced medical expense from the hospital and get a tax deduction on the following year when I find a job ?

I live in southern California.

Was just wondering if anyone was a member of a uk site called bakanda? its a shopping site and you get paid for spending money on there sponser sites. Me and my husband have earned over 300 quid between us and have never recieved a penny from bakander and have been members for 8 months. Has this happend to anyone else?

In fact i am searching for the answer to this question for so long, i personally thought it index value change could relate to the amount of investment in the market by all the companies as they invest billions of dollors in the market, but still i am not confident about my own view. What is the next step for me to try and get this removed? I called the original creditor and they said they no longer owned the debt (student loan). I then contacted the address on my credit report with a validation letter and I will quote what they sent me in the mail. "Campus Partners is a billing and bookkeeping agency for student loans granted by colleges and universities throughout this country. We neither participate in the distribution of the monies nor retain copies of the original documents signed in conjunction with the loans)."
"Please contact your lending institution to obtain a copy of your promissory note which specifies the amount and other terms of you loan obligation."
That being said what should I do? Mail this letter with my validation letter to the CR's or what. Do I have to recontact the school that told me they don't own the loan anymore or what? Someone please, I need help!
