It only shows the amount I recieved for pay. I am preapproved for a car loan and the dealer and company require me to submit a recent paystub to verify employment. If I give them my paystub but doesnt show taxes, number of hours worked, etc. would this present a problem to the ccccpany/dealer in terms of denying me the loan. Or would they require me to authorize them to ontact my employer to verify emploment. Please help since I need to get a car soon. Thanks..

Hi. I'm looking for a good idea of small business I can do in the school. I'd start in my class first and then I would like to develop it into a big business. Generally, I can start a comic rental business since my friends in the class love to read comic and I've done a polling to know what's the most favorite comic. The problem is, we may not bring any comic to school, it's the rules. So, I thought I can start by sell something small to be cheaper than the school cooperation. But my mom said it wouldn't be popular. So, any ideas?

I have been offered a job in Germany, but I have been told that the taxation system there is much higher than the UK, as they use a direct taxation system as opposed to VAT as here in the UK!
Can anyone elaborate on this?

I have about 30,000 to invest. 401 and roth ira's are maxed so I might just invest in a couple Vanguard mutual funds. As far as tax time, do I only report gains/losses whenever I sell the fund or do I have to report each year?? Any suggestions on some good funds to buy into???

Hi,

Don't know why am I coming across all these problems. Here is what is happening now. Buyer signed a contract last Tuesday to purchase a new house that I just finished. He puts down 3000 earnest money. This Tuesday I get a call from my Agent saying that the Buyer wants out. He also wants his 3000 earnest money back. His reason is that he received an at work email about re-organization of some DOT departments. When was the last time a state employee got laid off?

History about the buyer. I was at the site, when the buyer walked in with his agent, and he loved the house. Right after the meeting he calls me and asks me to lets fire both of our agent to save. I said this is wrong, and advised him to not do that because its not fair. He made me lower the price of the house from 344900 to 330000, and now the above situation. What should I do? Don't pay their earnest money and enforce the sale? If they refuse take them to court? Help please

Thank you in advance

I am a single mother of an 8 month old and I would really like to become an RN. I have always been an average student, and I have struggled a bit in Math. I am trying to find the most convent and easiest way for me to be successful in Nursing school. I plan on doing the nursing program at my local community college but I am in no rush. Therefore I was curious if I could take my basics like English and Math and get them out of the way so I wouldn't have to do them when I went to Nursing School?

My dream is to become an RN and it always has been so please keep out of the negativity. Any extra information would be very helpful also, Thank you.

Was sent home from work today, because "Co-workers were complaining of her cough and didnt want to get sick". They told her she couldnt return until the cough had dissipated. Question is: is this legal for the company to do this? Please give sources and i know we all have a tendency to want to be a smart a** , or be funny, but this is someone's job.
