I'm a student with bad credit. Is there anyway to get a $10,000 loan? I have 3 credit cards and they're all maxed out. What I wanna do is get a loan and pay the creditors so all I have to worry about is paying one payment a month rather than worrying about 3.

And what happens if there is no funds left for us in 35 yrs-can we arrest the IRS?

Kind of like pay your taxes or else..........we arrest you-charge you more fines and take you to court

But nothing will happen to the government if they don't have money to give back to the retiring citizen.

Is that a double standard?

How screwed up is that???

I only got my total limit lowered by like $250, but they still lowered it and said they did it because I had too many new credit card accounts opened, and too many inquiries.

WTF!?!?!?

Im trying to reestablish my credit and got mannnny credit cards and what not, and now I'm getting PENALIZED for it?


What gives?

Anyways, is this bad for my credit score, that they lowered it?

I am looking for a savings account to put a few thousand dollars into. I was looking into ING Direct because it has higher interest rates, but don't know how this works if my checking account that will be connected to it is in the U.S. How will taxes work if the account isn't in the U.S.? I want to buy a house. I was offered a two bedroom house for a reasonable price in one of those new subdivisions (near Pasadena, TX). If I have to sell it in the future how hard would it be to sell it? Houses in those new subdivisions are usually 3 bedrooms.

I have purchased dividend reinvestment stock over a period of 20 plus years, every year I have paid tax on the dividends that were reinvested. Due to a misfortune I recently lost all of my records. If I sell all the stock how do I go about filing income tax since taxes have already been paid on the reinvested dividends but I have no records.

I want to buy a house but there is a chance that I might have to sell it in a year (I might have to move, though I want to stay). Would it be smart to buy it even if I have to sell it within a year? Will I end up losing money and complicating my life? I am so tired of living in an apartment, but I must admit that when you don't own the place life can be pretty easy specially when you are single (no grass to cut, no spending money on repairs, etc).

We got a copy of our credit report from equifax about 2 weeks ago. When the mortgage company pulled our credit report today from the 3 major credit bureaus half the information on it did not match. Information was missing or incorrect. A loan that we recently paid off did not show up even though the loan company confirmed that they do report to the credit bureau and the loan was in our name with the correct socials.

How can I sue and complain about a Real Estate Investment company that defrauded all my money? The owner of the company is NOT returning all of my invested money that is already due. The deficit of trade and debit, is the worst in the world by 4 times. We have the highest interest rates in the world of the G8 and most of the fast growing countries. Moreover, the worst saving and investment in education and infrastructure in the world!

USA has the worst ROI, for corporation than any of the top 10 fast growing economics.

The state of California surpassed the USA in GPA growth for the 50 years in a row. However it has never been in the top 10 in the world ever.

Do you think we need to lower

Interest rates?
Minimum wage?
Immigration restrictions?
All Taxes?
All Government spending?

I have been on the phone for over an hour with Sprint because of THEIR mistake on a recent change to my account. I have been passed from person to person, put on hold several times and told different and inaccurate information from each agent. I go out of my way to be nice to service people and my fiance is an excellent customer service rep so I know they aren't all like that---but how exasperatiing it is to deal with stupid people???? My sister and her boyfriend signed the contract to buy a new home on September 21st. They were pre-approved in August for $225,000, the sale price was $188,000, and the house has been finished and move-in-ready for months.

The lender keeps pushing the closing date back, they initially told them it could get done within a few weeks, it's now been been well over 5 weeks.
