Good start. Under "skill," make all the phrases "match." . For instance: proficient in Microsoft Word, basic knowledge of Excel, experience in designing flyers and invitations for special events (using Paint Shop Pro), proficient in office functions (copying, e-mailing), creation of website using HTML.

Instead of "Summary of Qualifications," use the term "Job-Readiness Skills." That is the new buzz word for the soft skills you mentioned.

I would also add "Seeking an entry-level office position."

For starters, i would use a template in Microsoft Word. They will give you categories to fill in.
For your objective, you want to tell what you are trying to do IN THE JOB, not before getting the job. For example, you could put that your objective is to contribute to office organization and record-keeping (if that's what the job would have you doing). You want your objective to be something you would do while in the position.
Your qualifications aren't really qualifications. You could rename that section to 'positive attributes'.
You would want to rename skill to "abilities' or something along those lines.
You have some typos too.
