Do to all of the things going on in Florida, could not sell the home.
I gave it back to the bank with a deed in lieu of foreclosure. Can the amount lost on the home, be taken off of next years taxes, or broken down into several years of taxes?

Hello, I live in Italy at the moment and I buy nearly all my presents and things the we need for friends in England on line, I have never had a problem with anyone I have ever bought anything from until now, normally every thing I have ever bought comes the next day or in two days. I bought a dvd player from a very well known English company and it didn’t get delivered when I asked for it (they did ask me what day I wanted it) I sent them an email and they ‘rescheduled’ the delivery without even asking if it was ok, then they didn’t even bother to answer an email, I am very unhappy with this and was wondering if, like with eBay ‘feedback’ there is something on line that can warn other people of the places that do not come up to the standard of others. It doesn’t seem fair that some companies give excellent service and others get away with murder. Thanks Sue

I had to leave mobile home(It's not paid for) x husban an I bought all season mobile, we split 2 weeks after havin it sent.
This was over when I personaly caught him doin crack.
Our daughter and I couldn't do both places so mobile was it.

I'm a U.S. citizen that's self employed working online and getting paid from american companies to my paypal account.

I'm thinking about moving to mexico, since I work online I'm not sure how the tax situation is going to work out.

Do I still have to pay taxes in U.S. even if I move to mexico?

Do I have to pay some type of self employment tax in mexico?

or would I get payed as normal to my paypal account and I simply don't pay any taxes?

I am self employed and was planning to buy an SUV for use for my business purposes and just heard about this law that any vehicle that weighs over 6000 pounds as To qualify for the deduction (Section 179 of the tax code), an SUV or light truck must have a gross weight of at least 6,000 pounds. My son's pediatrician is always telling me about new balances that I have accrued there because of what insurance won't pay. So every time we're there I end up paying off the "balance" (which is never less than $100) in addition to my co-pay. We have also have a chiropractor, a dentist, our regular GP and my OB-GYN doctor. I have never had anything like this with the other doctors. I may have a small balance but nothing like what his pediatrician is charging. So I think the woman who does the billing either doesn't know what she is doing or she's playing dumb and scamming me. How can I tell? Have any other parents had anything like this come up?

And the insurance is a PPO- Blue Cross Blue Shield. It's the best coverage you can have. So it's not like I have a cheap plan.

Most of the time, when I apply for a job, my employer wants me to fill out the W2 form on the spot and would not let me bring it home. Is it required by Law for me to fill out these forms on my employer's premise?

I don't understand taxes and perhapses if I don't make it my profession, I guess I never will. Right now I'm being taxed about 20% out of my paycheck. I'm not sure if it's average or are they taking too much.

Would it be possible for me to take my W2 forms home and bring it to one of the H&R Block Tax Representatives to help me fill out the forms? Will they do that? How much do you think they will charge? Do H&R Block do this kind of stuff?

does a reverse stock split benefit a share holder. would it reduce the outstanding shares? so for instance if a company does a reverse stock split takes away shares in the open market and increases the stock. in that instances it should enhance the EPS becuase of less share on the open market, just like a stock buy back?
