We are senior citizens living in a gated community.. We signed a years lease and have 4 1/2 months left.. Just to the back of our house they are building comercial buildings and the noise at 7 am is deafening... My landlord will not release us from our lease agreement.. Is there any way we can force him to terminate our lease early..When we leased the house there wasnt any building started and we were not told that it would start any time soon.. My email address is Charntom14@yahoo.ca Any information would be so helpful..Thank you Charlotte Saunderson

My bank has charged me NSF's several times, before I'm even really overdrawn! Like right now, my current balance is $21. Apparently a domain registrar has charged me $60, even though I've already transferred my domains to another registrar...this is obviously something that I didn't expect to happen. But even though my current balance is positive because the charges are still pending, my bank has already charged me a $35 NSF fee!!!! This brings my available balance to (negative) -$39.30. So that stupid charge only left me $4 overdrawn and they socked me with that fee!!!

A few months ago, I had 3 charges come in at the same time. I was only 2 CENTS overdrawn, but my bank charged me 3 separate NSF's. Back then the charge was $33, so then my balance was like -$99.02!!! Technically only one charge sent me under, but since 3 came in at once they charged me for 3.

What can I DO? I work very hard but am low income, and this is really hurting bad!

I thought it would be easy to have my assistant take care of it. But she has just given me a list of things that the company must consider.
1. No peanuts or nut products. (possible alergic reaction)
2. No shell fish or shrimp. (same as above)
3. No meat. (possible outrage by the vegan employees)
4.No milk or milk products. (lactose intolerable employees would feel left out)
5. No beer, wine, or spirits. (4 employees are members of AA)
6. No dancing. ( several fundementalist employees can not join in and the handicapped ones would feel left out)
7. No smoking within 90 feet. (state law)
8. No fraternization (possible law suits)
9. No mention of Christmas.( insulting to people of other relgious faiths)

Doesn't sound like much of a party to me. Maybe I should just hand out some bottled water the day before and forget about the party.

I'm single, right out of college, moved back home and have no one claiming me as a dependent. I'm trying to maximize my return without being penalized down the road but I just don't know how many allowances to fill. Would 3 or 4 raise eyebrows with the mucky-mucks at IRS for being too high? Any ideas?

I only ask because in the last 8 years I have hired 4. Now I'm on my 5th (no pun intended). While "Mike" does a great job and has been resposible for increasing sales 23%, I have noticed that he is drunk most of the time. While I can overlook that, my staff has complained about him using the waste baskets for his, shall we say, oral relief. Last week he staggered into the company lunch room and urinated into the sink.
I would fire him but, from my experience, I won't be able to replace him with anything different. Am I wrong to assume that there is some sort of gene that makes Sales Managers susceptible the the influences of liquor?

I'm really nervous because neither my husband or I have ever done this and I don't know what to do or what to even ask. We are military and can use this to our advantage because of loans and things, but I know my husband and he jumps into things, so that kinda leaves me leading the way. I want to know what to do and use the knowledge to my advantage. Any good websites out their for first time buyers.

My apartment lease is up on the last day of this year.

There is a small problem and it is as follows: There is no 3 month or 6 month lease. It's all one year leasing and I have to make a decision soon.

In April I will be moving back to Ohio because I will be graduating and going to get a job back there.

HOW do I go about doing this? I can't sign on for another year because there's no way I'm going to live somewhere for not even 4 months and pay for a whole year, especially with the high cost of this apartment.

If I go down and talk to the landlord do you think she'll cut me some kind of break? I don't know what to do.

We had a home 80/20 home loan through the same lender. The home was foreclosed on in January of this year, and now a second company that the 20 loan was sold to is coming after us for the money. The first lender has told us that the home hasn't even been sold yet. So how do they know if they don't have enough money to pay off the loan?

What happens when a kid turns 18 as far as health insurance goes? Can you keep the kid on until they get a full time job ( like even after college)? Does it vary from company to company or is there a standard?

I do some much research and reading reviews, blogs, etc.. on all these Drop-Shipping companies but here good things and bad things about them all. People say you shouldn't have to pay monthly to any Drop-Shipper, Some people say well they need to make money as well. There are so many people out there using this service and making money, why does it seem to be so hard to actually find a descent Drop-shipper who is not secretly ripping you off when you think everything is sweet? Any other options out there besides Drop-Shipping that someone can work with when trying to make some extra income online, possibly making it full time? Anybody got ideas just throw them at me, Advice throw it at me... Any information would be helpful. Thanks

I've been out of work for the last 6 months (BYCHOICE)... We had our first child and I wanted to be there! Now, I'm ready to go back to work (and boy, is my HUSBAND excited). I know they are going to look at the time off, but I am good at what I do and very dependable. If I REALLY want to land the job, what should I say, not say? Thanks!
