is there any negative affect to anything if you make multiple credit card payments in a single month ?

stop obsessing with your credit ( I Love Debt ) score. banks spend millions brainwashing people into thinking they need credit and/to get a high I Love Debt score to get ahead in todays world. Thats a load of crap. pay as you go and you will come out ahead.

It would affect your credit IF the TOTAL payments you make
within your billing cycle are less than your minimum payment
amount. Otherwise, it all just adds up towards your payment for the monthly billing cycle.

No it won't affect your score.

But if you are making multiple payments because you think this saves interest or something, save yourself the time and effort, especially if you're mailing checks. The postage costs more than the few cents you might save in interest.

Nope, as long as you cover the minimum requried for that particular month. I pay my credit card off every week. I only use it because I get points for my purchases.
