its under my name. and it has a lot of money in it. my mom wont tell me where its at.

find out the account number and check with the best known bank in your locality. Normally grandparents would have trusted the commercial banks or any local more popular bank.

How old are you? Are you old enough to control the trust fund, or are you below the age where you take control? Is your mom the trustee? If you aren't old enough now, it doesn't much matter where it is, you can't get at it.
