Rather obvious, I should think ..

Adv.
All stock / staff in one place, all pick up / delivers to one address = less confusion, no duplicated services etc. etc.

Dis.
Time / distance (transport costs) to customers, 'all eggs in one basket' (unable to access due to fire / accident / strikes / power loss) etc.
