Most people think that questions like this are to be of a negative connotation - however, you can actually make it into a positive.
For instance: you could say:
People might complain that I don't take a full lunch hour sometimes.
That I read technology books on break/lunch
Things like that - make a positive thing about yourself that enhances your career.

That I'm so efficient, punctual, and polite that I make the other employees look bad. Just kidding. The proper response would be I don't believe there would be reason for complaints. But in the event there is I would immediately take measure to correct the issue.

It would be my intention to work to a standard that you would not receive complaints about me. I give 100% on the job and it's been my experience that people generally acknowledge that therefore, I don't foresee you receiving complaints about me personally or the work that I do.

my answer:-
"i would expect no complaints, either about my ability to perform my duties, my professional conduct, or my loyalties".
"i can be, competitive, demanding, and meticulous in the execution of my assignments and expect the same from my team members"

I would tell them you wouldn't get any complaints against me...or tell them that people may complain that you never say no, and people might try to over work you.

He's too loyal to this company, we've tried a billion times to poach him, and nothing can convince him to leave you!
The other workers might also complain that with my abilities and work ethic, i am raising the bar, meaning that they have to work harder. however, i feel that with my personality and dashing good looks, i'll be able to win them over.

I hate that kind of interview question!
I'd say something like, "people would think that I'm a bit too focused and intense."

That I'm perfect. (Well, that and I tend to lie a lot on job interviews.)
