Someone close to me had a business up and running but lacked motivation. He then went into partnership with someone who was keen to make the business go places.

The business was already established, it didn't have any premises, but had all the machinery. The new partner put no money into the business, but did bring in alot of work and together they found some premises. The same partner started slacking. All he did was sell the occassional lead that came in from the newspaper. He caused alot of animosity among the employees, and speaks to them like s&*^. The employees will all go with the original partner as it's family. But... aparently, it would cost so much money to buy the new partner out, that the other feels trapped.

I won't bore you with loads of details, but the new partner isn't pulling his weight, yet shares the profits 2 ways with the original owner. Is there a way out?

I'm applying at this local clothing store and this would be my first job ever.I currently have an application in hand and it's asking me to list previous work experience as well as list 3 references. Do you think I can get by in the application without having to list any references or previous work experience since I have none whatsoever. I dropped the ball on my taxes, as I had a child, changed jobs, and moved to a new country.

In the midst of the chaos I went to an accountant and gave him all my income papers for 2 years worth of taxes.
The problem being that I cannot find him anymore. He is unreachable by phone, and can't find an address for him. He dropped off the face of the earth... and took my income documents :)

What do I do ? There was quite a bit of paperwork from ex-employers, and tracking this paperwork down again seems like quite a chore... especially since I'm overseas.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

i had a job well three one job they didnt take any taxes out of my check at all but i have to pay at the end of the year! my question is if they dont take taxes out does the unemployement know about that job? the reason im asking is because i recently applied for unemployment and i put the two jobs that i am no longer working at down and they are only going to pay for one of the jobs and they didnt even mention the other! please answer if you understand what i am asking!

i received a money order today from UPS....on the top left on the money order it says orlandi valuta money order...i received three of them....and on the top it saysINTEGRATED PAYMENT SYSTEMS INC. ISSUER Greenwood Village,

ok here's the situation .
I worked at E-Z Pass from this March till July ( 5 months ) .

I graduated last year with a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering degree. And I am looking for a job as an entry level electrical or computer engineer or atleast a Technical Job.
But unfortunately I am weak in the dreaded "Previous experience category " - my experience with E-Z pass was actually Customer Service Representating .

Is there anyway that I can bend this position title and Time period like the following "which will make it sound more Technical than "Customer Service" and make my 5 month exp . sound like " close to a year's worth " ?

here's what i have so far

I have close to a year's worth of experience working as a Customer Service technician at E-Z Pass center in New York, where I performed analytical checks and quality assurance procedures for E-Z Pass tag products.

I am aware they want me to pay $2150 for breaking the lease or pay the remaining months (3). This way though they will be getting my 2150 dollars plus 868 if another tenant replaces us. If another tenant takes our place can't they reimburse us (partially) if we pay 2150 or if we decide to remian stop us from paying rent since the new tenant will take over?

I'm working at Wal-Mart part time just till I finish school & internship. I hate that place & would never want to be any kind of manager there no matter what the pay is.
