What would you do if all the big wigs at work left the company?

They are all going to work for the company's previous owner. Should I join them, or wait it out to see if I can get a promotion out of it.

Well...you could wait it out, but if they don't promote you to big wig, the big wigs they bring in may want to get rid of you. It may be even a couple years down the line, but that happens alot with ownership/management changes. I would probably wait it out to see if you do get a promotion, but I would definitely get my resume out there to see if there are any takers just in case.
