Does that mean AVAILABLE?

My account showed the deposit as 'available'. I went out and made some purchases....

The bank charged me over draft fees cause they had a 'date' they were supposed to put it in my account - and that date was the NEXT date. So they say I shouldn't have spent the money.

However, if the money wasn't in the account - my purchases would have been declined.

What should I do as they are charging 7 fees?

She started a romance with the assistant nite manager. They must be in love because he quit too. My daughter said they both quit because they were about to be fired. Apparently Walmart has a policy against romance in the work place, and they were forbidden to even be social on the outside much less going out on dates and on trips.
What do you think their chances are of getting new jobs? Would you hire either of them? They both are very smart, but forbidden to engage in a romantic relationship d/t their jobs.

Someone told me student loan interest is only tax-deductable if you make under a certain ammt. of money and that its only deductable for the first few years after you graduate. Can someone who KNOWS the tax law please tell me what the rules are for this deduction? I don't want to take it if I am not eligible then get in trouble with the IRS. Thanks!

If i purchase triplex as an investment property in California but later on decide that i want to live in it, can i?
Rules about it and things i need to know if i decide to do this. If I rent then live in it and rent again any rules?

When the units are being rented I need to claim rent as income on my taxes and then i can subtract expenses( HOA, depreciation, etc..) .

So when I move in can I claim 1/3 of the property as my primary residence and have my interest on mortgage tax deductible?

put a million or more in a hedge fund and all the money is put together to hedge(bet) on an issue. It can be to go up or down.
The sheer size of the fund guarantees you win because you out bid the other side regardless of the merit. (like bluffing in poker)
These funds should be taxed at a 75% rate as it is really play money and creates no jobs, products nor research. The new tax money could feed and shelter all hungry and homeless people in the USA, No more homeless begging on the streets and no more food stamps.

I have paid every bill in my life on time, but when Sprint charged me $400 for ending a 2 year contract with them, I refused to pay it. I wrote a letter explaining my position to sprint and to the first collection agency. The bottom line is that I never signed a 2 year agreement. I signed a 1-year. When my phones arrived and did not work, I had to send them back. They cancelled my account and apparently signed me up for a 2 year agreement - but I did not agree to this and didn't even know about it.

I don't have any paperwork stating that I had a 1 year agreement, or a 2 year. I asked sprint to provide me with where I signed up for the 2 year but I did not get a response.

OK, now to the present. Now a company called Pentagroup is calling - and claiming they are going to garnish my wages because they have my social security number - I don't know what to think. I have the money, but I don't owe the debt so I refuse to pay. My credit score is 740. What are my options?
