I've now discovered the 6 month lease seems to be a joint tenancy, with 3 separate individuals being named as 'The Tenant', the estate agent did not point this out to me. I cannot break my lease unless I find a replacement tenant first. Surely the landlord should not be allowed to do this to circumvent the HMO regulations? Is there any way I can make them agree to my putting a lock on my door?

I live in a mobile home park. The owner's chose the most obnoxious people to be the landlords and they are messing with everyone. I was told I told I was only allowed to use the back door of my own trailer (I purchased it) in the case of an emergency because I was stepping into the neighbors front yard. I have a gorgeous flower bed and they said I have regular grass in the border grass. I told them to leave me alone or I would sell my trailer to a black family and they implied something would happen to my trailer. I am tired of the harrassment. I consider myself a great neighbor and tenant, but prior to them being landlord, I use to make fun of her lying, bragging husband, now revenge is theirs. What can I do.

to add more detail to this question, i live in texas and my father and i lived on the same piece of land which i inherited when he passed away. the will is still in probate and the executor of the estate and two other people involved have been horrible.this has been going on since 2002 and these people have literally done every they could to destroy my life and go against everything that my father wanted and we worked so hard planning for.i live in a small town and every lawyer i have hired does good at first and then,its just like talking to them.even the judge that signed my fathers will has said that what they have done is cruel and inhumane.and i dont know where to go for help now.every one says thats for the courts to decide.how corrupt is the town of kirbyville tx. i cant get help.

HI i'am 18 YERAS OLD ..and i'am turning 19 in one month. I always wanted to go in the medical field and become a doctor. Right now i'am traning to be a Cna (nursing assistant) Today, i cleaned people naked , brushed them and etc and it was quite disturbing. MY question is and honesetly tell me, do you really think it is worth it. Do you enjoy your work as a CNA or do you know anybody that hates it dislikes it etc, any advice.anyway just give me advice. I am kind of good looking and in my mid 40's and the interviewer sounds hot and under 30 over the phone.
even if she isn't I think I have a better chance of landing at this job if she thinks I am single; well unless she married. Anyways, I want this job and I use to get jobs easy when I was single and now it seems like its more of a struggle since I have been married.

Im thinking to changing careers from a teacher to an office clerk. I like organizing, but I dont want to do something boring. Yeah, Im tired of being noble and whatever. Actually Im more tired of devoting my whole life to teaching kids who dont care. I go to work at 7am and still work when at home, sometimes until 11 to finish my lessons or projects or grading.
