I live in a small town called Manjimup in Western Australia and I really want to do hairdressing. The problem is that I am 18 and the sallons seem to want girls a little younger. I have done 4 months in a salon in Perth but I had to leave beacause of... well, 101 reasons! I have been around my town and surrounding towns trying to get one but nothing! I dont know of any hairdressing schools in WA and I cant move out of Manjimup. Please help, I am desperate! When I am qualified I want to open up a hairdressing school so that I can help all the girls like me who want to go down this career path but are finding that getting an appreticeship is too hard. How can I learn to become a hairdresser if no none will give me a chance. I dont understand, I'm passionate about hairdressing, a fast learner, bright and bubbly and I have great people skills. Someone please tell me what to do, I dont want to give up on this dream!

Real estate agents have first hand knowledge of bellow market value properties. Only real estate agents have access to the MLS. They have clients that are selling their properties and clients seeking to purchase bellow market value. When bellow market value properties are available, Suddenly, real estate agents become investors and instead of making those properties available to potential qualified consumers or client, they buy the under market valued properties and flip them for a substantial gain.
If only real estate agents are allowed access to what I categorize or consider inside information similar to that of the stock market, why are they not held to the same standards?

I got fired from a job after working for two months due to "not being a fit for it". Before this happened I was interviewing for another job and getting ready to quit the previous one. The problem is that I explained to the prospective employer that I wanted to leave my actual job due to location issues (this is partly true) in the first interview (before being fired). After being fired, in the second interview with the same prospective employer I said I quit for the same reason (location issues). Now, I have spoken with the previous employer and they said is company policy to only divulge duration of work and position held. I recently got the offer and would love to have this job. Should I go ahead and take it or just reject it? How could the company find out? Does the background check show this? Please help!

Well I am finally moving out, im only 19 so nothing too embarrasing :P And some friends and I are looking for a place of our own. So I was wondering what would be a good place to start since we are still in school, there are three of us. Apartments and Duplexes seem similar in price. With Duplexes only a hundred or so more though they seem to be a bit bigger. Both have the appliances with them, like the stove and fridge. So I guess what I am really asking is there anything I need to look into, or know about when looking at either of these. Like hidden costs for example...
Sorry for the genaric question.

I'm just wondering. I applied for Capital One credit card with hope that it will help me build/increase my credit score. However, I read that they do not report your credit limit thus affecting the credit utilization part of scoring. If I get approved for this card and decided not to use it, can I simply not activate it. If I do not activate it, will it still show on my credit report?

Thank you.

I've been noticing that due to being 1 day late with one company, all the other aprs have been going up. I ask them why and they say that there are 30 days in a billing cycle. Some months have 31, 28 and 30 days; and so the due date changes. I'm overwhelmed and don't know where to start. I'm beginning to wonder if my bill pay throgh my bank is in on this too. I'm thinking of going through a credit card consolidation program but I know it will go on my credit. But I'm so fed p with them I can't even see, and I'm afraid to find out what they have been doing. I keep all the statements but I hate doing math. My math teacher even told me not to have a bank account.

My sister & brother-in-law owes around $36,000 to the IRS from their own business in which they've been making small payments. The IRS is getting impatient & wanting the entire balance. They sent them a series of certified letters saying they will put a lien on their property unless they pay the entire amount in 30 days. Is this possible? & if it is, is there anything they can do to keep this from happening (aside from coming up with the whole $36,000)?

The benefit fund’s purpose is accepting donations that will be used to retrieve information leading to the arrest and conviction of the hit and run driver that struck and drove over the body of a five (5) year old boy (Kenneth Dayrl Junior, Junior) on October 16, 2006. That little boy, (Kenny) died on October 18, 2006. His little body was destroyed without any hope for life.
