I am applying for a sales assitant. Researched on line and according to them these new titles are acceptable on the resume'. I would appreciate some constructive feed back. Thanks in advance.

Objective

To work with, compliment and assist with a team and or partner to achieve the same sales goals. Forge new employment whereas we compliment one another’s integrity and accountability.

Career Highlights / Qualifications

Two consecutive years I lead two different teams; with no previous sales experience to sales that doubled the previous years. The wholesaler gave recognition to the store in which I lead, an “Elite Dealership Award” and informed us the store is number one in the northern part of the state.

I'm looking for info. (grants) for first time homebuyer. Also, any site that is FREE that I can look and get all info regarding foreclosed homes, how to apply for one, etc... If you are a realtor and can help, that would be great. Thanks........

HELP out there!! Okay, my question is: if a homeowner in CA goes into foreclosure with a mortgage balance of 500k, bought the place say 2 years back for 600k, and the place goes to auction and gets only 400k, does the homeowner get taxed for the shortage, as he would if a lender was to forgive him a debt of that same amount? I find myself running into more and more foreclosures, and This is a scenario that is bound to happen to any number of my clients/prospects any day now. Thanks in advance for you input.

My friend injured his knee and the employees offered no assistance. They made him fill out and sign a form explaining what happened. I had to drive him to the emergency room to get his knee checked out. Should he contact a lawyer?

I got a summer job about a month ago and just had a conversation with one of my friend. I told him i lied on my job application regarding the school I will be attending next year. I lied in order to get the job since most employers want long-term commitments from their new hires. I will actually have to leave this job to go to college(not the college I put on the application). Is there anyway they can find out what college I will be attending? and if so, besides from getting fired, can I face legal issues as well?

I am only 16, female, and is gonna go off alone (with parents permision) to go live in a homestay in Saskatchewan. I've been looking and searching it on the internet, and I got a responce from a guy who has a rent available for me. I told him that I was only 16, and I that I was looking for a homestay, (because 16 year old can't legal sign a lease), but he said it's a house (with a room for me, that's what I'm guessing) and if I can pay the weekly fee to him, he sees no problem in that.

IS it "no problem"?.... like, I don't want to do it if it's illigal, but if it's perfectly legal, then I'm up for it. What do you think I should do? I'm gonna call him on phone for more info later on....

so is living in a house, while im 16, and paying a rent fee to the owner of the house.... legal? kinda similar to a homestay..

and by the way, this has nothing to do with this question kinda, but if I were to own a cell phone for 2 years, how much would a approx cell phone bill cost? per month?

My understanding is if you sell your house for more than you paid and put into it, the remaining amount gets taxed as income if you don't roll it into a new mortgage in less than 18 months. Is that accurate? If I'm moving but may not be able to buy a new house for more than 18 months, is there any way to avoid paying taxes on those funds? I will have about $100,000 appreciation after deducting original purchase price and invested funds. I am in Idaho if that matters. Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks!
