It's not about what you can do. It's about what others will let you do. You might consider working through a temp agency or as an independent contractor. This will allow employers to evaluate your ability without inductive assumptions.
Unfortunately, because CP is a defect, and not an illness, many people presume an illogical association between physical and mental ability. Fortunately, for you, the most under represented qualified group in Mensa are those with CP. Often improved cognitive ability is some compensation for compromised motor skills,
The obstacle for you is finding someone with enough objectivity to ignore, not just accept, this issue. If they do it for protected minorities, why shouldn't they be able to do it for you. There must be more than a few of these people out there. Good Luck.

My 7 yr old son has cerebral palsy and so we are in constant contact with rehab and therapy centres that emply people with disabilities.
My most inspirational is a person who appears in her late 20s or early 30s and works in communication and writing aids department. Aside from her disability that makes her gait and speech slow, she seems quite adept at her role. In fact, I'd say that she oftens show the best insight in terms of knowing how to respond to any issue that arises.
CP folks also work at the special needs school and handle the kids wait area as well.
Freelance writing would be a good choice, as there is usually little required in the way of travel. Most of the job can be done via PC and email.
Any internet based business would be a good option as well. This is ideal too in that you don't need to worry about meeting the needs of employers when you are your own boss.

An office where I worked had a file assistant that had CP. I have also seen them at my local grocery doing the Bagging and stocking. It really depends on the level of function and the abilities of the individual. There really are no limits.
