Hello, I study business at college and I was just wondering about a possible situation.

What if 2 people, one residing in the US and one in Europe wanted to start a business, but also wanted to have 50/50 legal powers and also 50/50 as figure heads for the company.

Do companies usually have 2 CEO's? Like CEO of North America and CEO of Europe?

Or would one have to be CEO and another COO and then each one have another title as President, North America and President, Europe etc?

Thanks

here is my situation. my parents own a house and the mortgage is under their names. they have VERY low income so every year at tax time i itemize the mortgage interest and get a huge tax refund as a result even tho the mortgage is in their names. Now my dilemma is this...i plan to buy my own house with the mortgage in my own name. can i itemize the mortgage interest from both properties and get an even HUGER refund?

I quit my job and gave my boss a little less than 2 weeks notice. SHe was very upset and wrote a letter to me detailing my faults. So I replied defending myself and my work (in a professional manner). This made her madder and hs threatened to find my new employer and "tell them about me." Should I be worried? I dont think she could find out where I will be working next anyway.

My bank (U.S. Bank) rejected me for an auto loan because I don't have a long enough credit history (I've only had my card since November of 2003). However, my credit score is 704.

I have a dealership in mind that my family has been using for ten years, and they promote their financing program as being able to help almost anyone secure an auto loan despite credit problems.

Anyone know if dealerships can get an auto loan easier than a bank? I do not want to have a co-signer.

This is the snail mail version...
you get a list of addresses. Say five of them.
give the person at the top $10.
remove their name
add your name and address to the bottom of the list
send a letter out to 200 people inviting them to do the same thing.

It's based on honesty of 3% of the recipients and a large sample group....I don't see how it can fail....but does anyone have any experience to prove it?

There are heaps of similar schemes on the net...
but they may not be legal.

If I went to check-cashing places to cash my checks instead of a bank will that make it impossible to find out how much money in checks I was cashing? We’ll assume I am not going to put any cash into the bank and we can assume the government will not know who wrote me the checks, so they can’t find the canceled checks. Thanks!

I am interested in buying a tax lien on a mobile home in 2009 or 2010 for personal use; with a PURCHASE budget of $500-4,000. (not including lot rent)

I'm looking for a single-wide, and I only need one bedroom and one bathroom, though I'm sure I'll get more than that.

I'm interested in metro's with at least 150,000 people in any of the following states: minnesota, wisconsin, tennessee, alabama, arkansas, oklahoma, texas, kansas, nebraska, missouri, iowa, new mexico, arizona, nevada, oregon, washington, and california.

So, to ensure that I get my title right on the spot (if I understand this all correctly), which of these states do NOT have the right of redemption law applying to government sold tax liens?

I got a call yesterday saying that since I am in good standing with my credit card, I have won a $1000 shopping spree. I just have to sign up for 5 magazines and pay for shipping on them and any online purchases that I make. Has anyone heard of this before? Does this sound like something that I should do? Thanks for the advise in advance.

Im going to look at a house tomorrow that seems to good to be true. 3 bedrooms around 10x10. Has a dining room and a extra room in the basement. A screened in porch. It was buit 2 years ago. It comes with all the appliances. Public water, public sewers. Propane heat. Baseboards. Its not in a flood area. Taxes are only 1800.00 a year. LSTZ 50x63. I saw pictures and it looks great. Its also in a decent area. It seems like it is bank owned. States Must sell This home must be sold Seller/Bank will take the highest resonable offer! Listed at 195,000.00. That is unheard of in this area even though it seems rather small. So why would it be on the market for 260 days.
