Who sets up the salary of doctors and nurses in private practices? Is it the lead doctor that considers ths salary? Is it by hour or by the procedure and appointments? I have seen the receipts I get after every appointment listing the charges through insurance for my exam and tests. That would mean that they would bring in a different amount of money every week/month/year. So how do salaries stay stable?

the loss was due to the stock going down. i originally paid $140. a share and when i finally decided to get out the stock had lost down to $43 a share. i kept hoping it would go back up but that didn't happen. i know, i know i should have gotten out long before i did. is there any way to recover some of it?

I currently have a loan and someone cosigned with me. He wants to come off and the bank will not let him. I have not missed a payment and the bank is happy with the arrangement. He told me today he is going to pay the loan off and sue me for it. Can he do that and if so how? I am making the payments as agreed. We never had a contract between us that said I would pay it off in so many months other than what we have with the bank.

I graduated june 2006 with a BS In accounting. I had 2 jobs since then. My current duties includes and not limited to Month End close, Bank Recs, JE, Accruals, Reversals, Upload, Commissions, AR & AP reconciliations, P&L , Balance sheet, trial balance, In brief words I handle 90 % of the company`s close. The company I work for is a fortune 500 corporation and I work in one of its diviisions with annual sales of 50 million. I report directly to the CFO of the division. How much do you think I should be making. Any recruiters please help. My review is next monday and I need to see know how much I should settle for. I do a lot more than what I wrote. I also deal with SOX compliance, intercompany transfers, IOJVs,,, Location Los Angeles and i commute about 20 miles from home. The company total sales with all divisions about 6 billion. I currently make $7 at my fast food job, and have been offered $10 at an office for filing, and little arrend things. I have worked at my fast food job for a year and still haven't recieved a raise. Do i really need renters insurance to get a dish installed from dish network?
Dish network wants a written letter form my apt management stating that it is ok to install a dish in our apt. When i spoke to my apt mgt, they said thats only possible if we show them proof of renters insurance. There are a zillion dishes installed in my apt comples( its huge!) .
1) Why can't they just install it without the letter from the mgt?
2) How much will it cost us? We move frequently so we don't have expensive furniture or anything else that would need insurnace.
3) any other cheaper solution? We do have option for cable TV ( timewarner) but they have no international channels that we want.
PLs help. We live in cleveland, oh

Every time anyone questions the Federal Income Tax law there is an instant slew of responses and attacks.
The answers just seems to immediate and filled with that typical tax jargin like "Article 26" and the "16th Amendment was ratified" but they never just show us the law.
Then you get that "Just quit paying and see what happens" crap
They can't show the law, but they sure like to throw around prison comments and stuff like "you just wait and see"
It really is quite disturbing
It is just to fishy if you ask me.

I make my payment on the15th. It is not posted to the lenders account until the 18th. Is the escrow company making money on my money. The same things happen with automatic payments I have each month with my bank. Is this legal, are they getting interest on this money as we know they can do a transfer quicker
