IS it Mail Frad IF...?

The particular phone company sent something in the mail to me advertising ONE rate for 12 months, and CHARGED me $5/ month than ADVERTISED?

Its all in the details and mousse print as they say. Sometimes its fraud, sometimes deceptive practice, sometimes it is the buyer not being aware. Contact your attorney general or the post office. It is easy to get scammed.
