what places can i rent out for a party?

i need a place in VA.. RIC.. i want stairs like to come down.. entrance. and a reasonable price...

The VFW halls, parks and recreation, private banquet halls, private rooms in hotels and restaurants. Be aware that the stairs you want might not meet handicap requirements and would be hard to find.

Often apartment complex club houses can be rented for parties and you don't even need to be a renter in the complex to secure the location. Many of these clubhouses have rental offices on the main floor with a party room up or down accessed by stairs.
