Our supervisor favors her. They take breaks together. I tried to be professional and talk to her today. She only wanted to know what the interviewer asked me and if they've called back yet. Our supervisor was standing next to her.

There are other applicants besides the two of you. How sure are you that the company will hire one of you?

Talk to your co-worker and say "we could help each other" get this job.
