I am a student with a summer job at a supermarket shelf stacking. I am now in my 4th week there. I am finding the job very stressful, as I'm expected to get through a massive roll pallet alone in 1/2 hour alone (refrigerated products can't be kept out for any longer), deal with any customer questions I get in the meantime, and still have time to rotate the stock.
I am very meticulous about rotating the stock, but I am getting "remember to rotate the stock" every 5 minutes. I of my colleagues, who is training to be a deputy manager is unnecessarily and extremely bossy, and I feel upset about that.
I am also humiliated that the security guard insists on carrying out the routine procedure of security checking staff about twice / week. I have just come in from work and feel very stressed. my contract allows me to quit with a week's notice, but I've got 4 weeks left, and I don't want to feel like a wuss. The money isn't essential, but would be nice to have.

I am a novice trader of the futures market. In particular, the e-mini Russell 2000 because of its liquidity, low investment, and high potential gain. I have been trying to achieve a reliable and consistent strategy to pull even just a few points out of the market a week. My results thus far have been weak. I have had some gains, but my losses slowly eat away these gains and then some. Consequently, I see my account slowly decreasing. Does anybody that reads these things trade futures and have any advice or a decent strategy on how to consistently gain a few points a week in the futures market? Thanks in advance.

I believe the correction point will come at 12600 on the DJIA because this is 10% down from 14000 if the market corrects this far.

We gave a tax accountant 3 years of tax information after she convinced us it was in our best interest to amend those years. She processed one year, things seemed to be going as planned. The deadline for the next year came, as did the excuses why it was not ready to refile, but the deadline passed and the excuses continued.

So we asked her to return our documents. For over a year now, we asked several times. There is always a reason why she didn't have a chance to look for them, or promises she will, etc. We have been patient, understanding, and growing more concerned. I am past the point of caring about the financial aspect of this, I just want our information back.

Recently, I offered to move boxes for her or assist in anyway as she said our docs were packed and moved to her current business location. A moment later she informed me she already returned everything to my wife, which she did not.

I am at a loss as to what to do next and would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

One time I was late 1 day on my payment. My interest rate instantly jumped to 19% from 7. I was charged interest for the ENTIRE billing period on everything, even if it was purchased halfway through the billing cycle. I was charged interest on everything in the next billing cycle even though I paid off the balance entirely . And then everything that was purchased between the time I got my next bill and they got the payment on that next bill was charged interest on. CRAZY! I'm using cash more now adays because of this. I just don't trust them anymore. So I think they're disenchanting many people and loosing business.

As we all know, we are taxed before we even see our money. Federal (IRS), Social Security, Medicare, State, Local and then once we get what's left - we are taxed again (sales tax, gasoline tax, tax on automobiles, property tax)

I was just wondering if anyone figured out how much of their money they pay out in taxes... it would be interesting to know since about 30% of most peoples income is taken out in taxes before they see it....

I want to save for things for my new apartment next year, an emergency fund, and a general savings.

Do I open each one a new savings account or do I put them all into one? I'm not sure how people save for multiple things and don't know what is the "norm."

Thank you.

I've been approached with a direct-selling company business oppurtunity. Its name is Quixtar. I just want to know if its really a true working model and is it worth joining it?

I would be glad to know the pros and cons of joining it and whether it can be done by an average person and how far would it be gainful to him?
