This happened to me as well, I spoke with a girl named Jamie Shelborn and she told me I needed to put down $850.00 before the loan would be transferred. The address on her cheesy Microsoft word "formal approval letter" listed:

Millennium Loans
15700 W. Ten Mile Road Suite 209
Southfiled, MI 48075
toll: 800-892-0385
fax: 313-447-2066

What a joke........STAY FAR FAR AWAY

Never (ever) pay a "fee" to get a loan. It's the number one identifier of scams.

my Advice: Don't deal with anyone from a foreign country and never use wire transfer services..

ANY legitimate lender that required insurance would deduct the premium from the loan proceeds. If they want you to send them money under ANY name, the 'loan' is a SCAM.

Mr.Blue is right. If they are asking for a fee then chances are very good they are not a legitamate company. Run don't walk...
