Tattoos - August 2007

Is that a bad idea? My parents say I can and I'm good with pain. I want a little music note on my shoulder, which is not something I will ever regret.But will it like stretch out as I grow or something freaky? HELP

Okay so I might be getting it done in a month or so. My question is how much does it hurt? Ive heard that it doesnt hurt much that its just a little pinch. Ive also heard that its the piercing that hurts the least out of everything. Are these true? Any advice? Thanks!

Oh and if you are against eyebrow piercings or are going to say anything rude just dont bother..

I was looking to get my last name tattooed across the back shoulders in an old english font. but i have been battling with myself whether or not to get it, its my last name so it will never change, my family is a big part of my life so it will always be a reminder of them, but on the other side i cant see my self with a tattoo when im 65 years old, wondering everyones opinion and suggestions

last december a week befor my birthday my grandma passed away. so in remebrence of her i am getting a small cross with her favorite flowers (lillies) on my back with her name d.o.b - 2006.in full color. but i am scared to get it because i have been told on your soulder hurts the most. is that true? please help me out. :]

or if i go out and buy one, how do i make it last? i heard clear nailpolish works to preserve it, but my parents said that the chemicals will harm your skin. also, i heard black nailpolish works for creating it. henna's a little too expensive for my budget. do you know any nailpolish that won't harm your skin?

I'm 17, on my b-day i'm going to get a tattoo on my lower back. I have had the design for a few years and LOVE it. My family isnt supportive of the idea. I really want it but dont want to dissapoint my parents...

I would love to get a tattoo on my lower back but im sooo scared of pain!

Im not going to get some big stupid thing, all i want is a thin black swirls line with a little detail in the middle, no colour just plain black pattern.

I cried a few tears when i had my belly pierced because it really hurt!

Do tattoos really hurt?

In a couple years I'll be looking to get a sleeve tattoo (the ones that cover the arm, for anyone who might not know). I have pretty small arms -- 9 inches around on the upper arm and about 18 inches long from shoulder to wrist.

I'm already starting to develop designs so by that time I'll know what I want for sure. Problem is, I want to include a peony (which are large flowers in nature) but I'm worried it'll curve to the back of my arm. I dont want too much detail going on back there, and it also might warp the image. On the other hand if it's too small a lot of people probably will mistake it for a rose. This is pretty much the focal point of my design so it's gotta look perfect.

Question is: are my arms too small for this kind of thing? And what should I do with the peony so it doesn't look funny?
