What sort of ointment should I use? What is the best lotion to use after it's healed? What's the best way to keep it from losing it's color?

So many boys/men are having tatoos that one would think they believe that they are not only making a statement but also that the tatoos somehow are attractive to the opposite sex.Is this true?

SO i just got my rib tattoo today....****** awsome! didnt even really hurt too bad! bearable! but anyway is it alright to put bacitracin on it after or somethin else? thank you!

i know what i want to do for the most part, i just dont know what any of the flowers are actually called. i want something with about 5 or 6 petals, something plain but with some detail, i think the artist said a cherry blossom would look similar to what i want...

i have done quite a bit of research on this and have found a lot of conflicting information. does anyone here know from personal experience whether or not it laser hair removal, or pulsed light with rf energy will do damage to tattoos. i am fair skinned with light brown to dark brown hair.

My name, obviously, is Amy.

I want to get a small tattoo that is my name, but above the "A" a small halo, and I want the "y" to kinda curve and at the end have a devils tail.. see picture below. (please excuse the picture, I did it in Paint in about 3 seconds, but you get the idea)

I had a monroe piercing (upper left lip) and ive had it out for more than a year but the surface wont close so im left with a hole on the outside. do you know anything that might make it close? I didnt want it out in the first place but my husband dont like it.

have got two solid black pieces on my arm. they occasionally feel a bit raised, which i'm used to, but just over the last couple of days they're swelling, sore and the skin surrounding them is red. one tat is 7 years old and one is about 16! i can't understand this! anyone got any ideas? it's been very hot the last couple of days...although that's never affected them in the past...

okay so my tattoo is in it's peeling phase and i noticed that the skin under looks smeared. my tattoo is a hibuscus flower and it's mostly just outline with shading defing the flower. the coloring is mostly black, but my skin under the peeled spot looks like a smeared grey. it's weird! it's my first tattoo. i'm freaking out. >< is this normal?
