First of all you want the tattoo to have some meaning or signify or be a symbol of something? Don't get a tattoo just to get a tattoo. I've seen flowers, kanji (japanese writing), ankle rosary beads and anklets that kind of thing. Make sure it feels right to you and that you can live with it forever.
